Description: Hallmarked by incised marks on base. This is a tureen base without the lid or underplate, if there was one of either. There is one old chip under one edge, crazing throughout, and two chips under one of the handles, which happened before glazing, as it’s glazed over, with newer, but still old, tiny chips on top of the larger under-glaze chip, and some spots that didn’t get glazed. The bowl is a bit wobbly on a flat surface. Measures 11-3/4” on the handle edge, by 10-1/4” by 2-3/4” tall.
