Description: This is a great pair of Antique Iron Hand Shaped Wall Fittings. Each measures 6 1/4 inch at their highest point and 4 1/4 inch at their widest. Each weighs just over 2 pounds. Attached to a Wall - they would extend 6 1/4 inch out. They have a very light coat of white paint - As found. These are old - I believe from the Victorian Era. I'm not sure of their original use - I would assume thatthey were used to hold Towel's, etc., or possibly to holdup a Shelve. Lot's of possibilities. An interesting find.
