Description: Up for sale is a one of a kind antique wooden folk art trunk from Ireland. Hand painted with the name O'connor on the front and what I am assuming is supposed to represent a drunk man. I am pretty sure this is from the early 1800's due to the hardware used on this trunk. It has a lot of wear as would be expected with a wooden painted trunk this age. I am not sure what the small chain on the front of the trunk would have been used for. The inside is very clean and has the remains of an old paper taped to inside the box. I am selling this as is, as found. It has not been cleaned at all. Measures 26" tall, 14 1/2" wide and 9 inches deep. Please look at all the photos before buying.
