This lovely nodder was made by Schafer & Vater in Germany, circa 1890-1920. It features a Dutch girl holding a miniature Girl Doll in one hand and a miniature Boy Doll in the other hand. Her skirt nods from side to side. Schafer & Vater. impressed mark on the bottom.
