Made by the Fasolt & Eichel porcelain factory in Germany between 1856-1875.It is well marked with the Makers mark, the impressed 'REGISTRITE" in the clay which was used between 1840-1875 and the numbers 07140. It is a lovely combination of cream, pink, and gold on white porcelain. It will hold 5 oysters along with three other types of shellfish. It measures 8.25 inches in diameter.
