Antique Georgian Victorian 9k Rose Gold Diamond Ruby Sapphire Giardinetti Ring Antique Georgian Victorian 9k Rose Gold Diamond Ruby Sapphire Giardinetti Ring This beautiful giardinetti or "Little Garden" ring is in very nice antique condition. The ring appears to be hand-crafted and features a large center ruby, 4 small sapphires, and several rough cut diamonds. The gemstones may have been picked to give the ring a red, blue, and white patriotic theme. The ring is unmarked but the areas I was able to test are 9ct gold, and I believe the ring also has silver mounts/accents so it's not unreasonable that the gold carets may also be mixed. The diamonds also test to be real. I haven't cleaned or polished the ring and it currently has a deep rose gold patina on the band. There are a few spots like the tips of the leaves that may have missing tiny diamonds, but those spots seem to be equally empty on both sides of the ring so it's possible that they never had diamonds at all. It's not really noticeable with the naked eye but I wanted to point it out for the accuracy of the listing. Please see all pictures for details.
