Description: Antique French Four Glass Mantel Clock Vincenti & Cie Medaille D'Argent 1855 Pendulum & Key Beautiful mid 19th century mantel clock with pendulum and striking gong. The movement is stamped Vincenti & Cie Medaille D’Argent 1855 France. Pretty floral dial with capital letter branding which has rubbed, and a hairline crack in the dial – see photos. Mercury pendulum and brass case with bevelled crystal glass – there is a crack in the glass at the bottom of one window – see photos. It runs well and keeps time with gongs on the quarter hour and hour. I am told that all antique clocks may need adjustment after shipping.
