Description: This antique Breton desk/library table is from France and it dates to the late 1800's. It is made from solid chestnut finished to a warm dark color. It has carved patterns on the sides, back and on the two drawers. This desk is in very good antique condition with minor nicks, discolorations and scratches. Note the top of the desk has cracks and stains in it (see photos). There are also some woodworm holes in the woodwork by the feet of the desk (see photos).
