Everything about this great shoe pincushion is original. The sole & heal are made of wood. The shoe is a blue / green leather, all the tiny beads are intact and it has the original miniature bow and of course the actual pincushion. There is also a nice accumulation of dust to give a wonderful untouched surface. The shoe pincushion is about 4" long x 2" high. You will not be disappointed with this delightful pincushion.
