There are chips on the top opening of the face, a chip and roughness around the topper base, and the 4 straight sided glass cups have 2 small chips on each. The other glasses are fine. This is a rare and early set. The face is hand painted. The tap at the bottom of the chin is pewter. The piece is 13 1/2" tall with the top on.
