Front cover's leather is split at the upper end of the hinge but still is well attached to the rest of the book. Interior of the book shows toning from age as well as some foxing and toning. Book's binding is intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing and also with foldout illustration. Book measures approximately 9 5/8 x 6 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches and weighs about 2 pounds.
