Description: What we are offering here is an etched glass light shade, with the pattern showing through as clear glass on a frosted glass background. The design is somewhat abstract, but it seems equally satisfying whether it faces up or down. Assuming it's mounted with the open end facing down, the pattern at the top is a fleur-de-lys design, while the pattern at the bottom looks like fires on pedestals, connected by floral swags. It is bell shaped, with the bottom edge scalloped, and it measures about 4" from top to bottom. The octagonal bottom rim measures about 4" across from corner to opposite corner, and the groove at the top fits a standard 2-inch diameter shade holder. The top and bottom rims both have some chips or rough spots, and there are also a few small surface scuffs or scratches, some rust spots in the mounting area, and a few imperfections in the glass.
