The set includes a pair of scissors or chears with dolphins on the handles, a letter opener and a fitted sheath both decorated with ladies faces. The set is signed "Julius Hammesfahr, Solingen. Germany". Overall dimensions are about 9 1/2" long. It is in very good overall condition and doesn't look like it was used much at all. The only thing to note is the ladies noses are slightly flattened, it is how it was cast. The set is lovely and would make both a decorative and practical addition to a desk or vanity.
