Cobalt blue glass encased in an ornate silver colored metal embossed with drapes of flowers & bows. Marked Made in Japan on the underside. Metal does not attract a magnet. Glass does not come out of the metal. See photos 5 & 6 for approximate size. Condition: Has finish wear on the lid & "drapes". No chips in the glass although there are a few air bubbles.
