Description: Welcome to Milkweed Antiques. This lovely Christmas tree ornament is made from very thin, embossed, with a textured finish glass. It is in the shape of a trumpet flower or even a bell. There are embossed vertical ridges and ruffles at the bottom. I found this in the John Lightner Christmas Ornament book as a clip. Possibly the manufacture made these as ornaments as well. I believe the cap and loop were replaced sometime through the years. The body of the flower is white. It has a pink rim around the bottom. This ornament is 3-1/2" tall without the loop with a diameter of 2-3/4" point to point at the bottom. This ornament is from the 1920s. The tree and hook are not included. They are for display only. This ornament was used through the years. The only small chip I found is at the end of the pike. The textured finish is showing wear and peeling in spots. There are spots that do not have an associated odor. Please see the pictures. They help with the description. My price reflects the condition. I love to consider reasonable offers.
