Description: ANTIQUE CHINESE CARVED WOOD JARDINIERE PLANT STAND with INSET ROUGE MARBLE TOP You are being offered a Massive and Extremely Heavy Antique Chinese Carved and Ebonized Hardwood Jardiniere or Plant Stand with a Dimpled Rim and an Inset Rouge Marble Top, along with Carved and Pierced Side Aprons and Four Carved Cabriole Legs with Ball and Claw Feet and Leg Stretchers. The Jardiniere or Plant Stand doesn’t have any identifying markings on its Underside; but we believe it was made during the Late 19th Century, circa 1870-1880. The Jardiniere / Plant Stand stands 18 inches high and 20¾ inches wide at its widest point and its Top measures 17 inches in diameter. In addition to a few nicks in the Wood, one Dimple and one Side Apron is chipped and another Side Apron is repaired; otherwise, the Jardiniere or Plant Stand is in Very Good Condition for its age, without any other issues.
