Description: Up for sale is an antique believed Chinese gong bell stand with dragon handle recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. Only the chain attracts a magnet. The bottom of the base shows very good age. Good sound. The bell itself is 3 3/8 x 4 3/8" and has no internal clanger, just an outside swing clanger. Heavy, solid, believed bronze but base might be a different metal that also does not attract a magnet, all guesses. Best of luck in bidding.
