Description: Description: ONE Ceremonial Primitive hand hew solid wood table/Stool- All handmade handcrafted . Perhaps of AFRICAN TRIBAL origin & design- it looks like a ceremonial piece of some sort ????It is made of 4 solid thick wood single board sections and 2 pegs, no metal fasteners, no glue.The wood is 1” thick –Not sure about the wood-it looks exotic probably tropicalThe top part and the leg panels have a geometric hand carved designIt is small it measures 10.25” tall x 15.50” long x 11.50” wideIt can be taken apart in a jiffy- remove the two pegs and you are done- this is the reason why a think is a ceremonial stool/tableIt has very primitive directions carved on the underside of wood match letters to put it back together–because they are handmade the parts are not interchangeable they have to match- push the pegs tightly and you are done.Great Vintage condition- no missing parts Great patina it has its normal signs of wear this is what gives it its character and confirms its age.
