Description: Hardcover, over 1000 pages. Strong binding, however the first few pages have tears as shown. Through out the book, i found a few tears on someone the pages and one with a piece cut out. Id say 95% of the book is solid, free of any writing or highlights with the exception of front page where previous owner wrote their name. Book weighs a little over 8lbs.
