Description: Large old recipe book with handwritten recipes. Mostly desserts, but a few others as well. Some of the charming recipes are attributed to people: Sadie's Fingers, Katie's Hermits, Mrs. Shurtloff's Doughnuts, etc. Plenty of cakes and puddings. I believe this book this may have had a second owner or was handed down. I've not seen a date but there are a bunch of clippings (attached to each page with a pin) that appear to be from the late 19th century, while there are also some loose pamphlets and papers that are more likely from the 1920s/30s. This book is not full. I have counted approximately 80 pages with writing. The rest are blank. As mentioned, there are also clippings and loose papers scattered throughout. Hardcover, measures 4½ x 12¾ x 1¼ thick. It's a nice old book. Any questions, feel free to send 'em my way.
