Description: This anvil is in great condition and is fully functional. There are six holes in the support bar if you went to the last one and bolted into position I believe you can open this device to 9 in. Possibly a little more. The footprint of this item is 8 and 3/8 by 5 and 7/8 the table bolts holes are 5 and 1/4 on center the jaw face is 3 and 5/8 x 7/8. The top rectangle of the anvil is 3 1/2 by 5 and 3/4 the smaller rectangle is 4 in wide by 2 and 3/4"the top of the jaw off of the table is 8 in high the rectangle off of the table is 5 and 3/8 in high overall it is 23 in long when it is closed down. The horn with a small rectangle is a total of 4 in long. A quirky thing about this anvil is that it has two cranking handles however I think the one with the wooden handle part was added on because they must have lost the bolt that went on the end of the screw rod pretty weird my thoughts are that you should just cut the wooden handled crank right up close to the shaft so you wouldn't be banging two handles together as you turn it that's the only thing I can see it kind of weird thing about this but easily fixable. The jaw size selection bolt you would have to tap in and out with a hammer unless you cleaned it up a bit. Serious offers seriously considered.
