Description: This is a hallmarked Austro-Hungarian 800 Silver Necklace. This necklace is heavily decorated fine enamel work and natural stones. My favorite part of this necklace is the lavender enamel on the chain. I rarely see this color and I very much welcome it. This necklace dates from the late victorian era. It is hallmarked on the box clasp with a Dog hallmark with a 3 and a P, This indicated the time period of 1872-1922 and the P indicated it was crafted in Hungary. The center drop is a fairly intricate Renaissance figure (sorry my mind is a blank on the figure).The figure is in white red and green enamel. It is then surrounded with colored enamel and citrines as well as pearls. The front and the back of the pendant is decorated in colorful enamel. The chain Is my favorite portion of this necklace with lavender enamel, pearls and citrines. This necklace for its age is in very good condition with wear to the enamel and a couple of missing citrines and pearls. I had to loop this necklace to find them so I consider this insignificant.
