It was published by the Selchow & Righter Co. which took over Art Fabric Mills in 1911. Size of the panel - 35" x 27 1/4" The doll is - 25" tall You could cut her out and sew her, or frame her as is. Would be great either way. It is in excellent vintage condition. Colors are still bright.
