They do have scratches and some silver coming off around the candle holding area where candle wax has melted off the silver plate and scratches from removing the was. See up close photos of the tops of the candles. They have a very nice antique patina. WB Mfg Co 2272 Imprinted on the bottom of base On back of the pheasant is stamped copyright U.S.A. These are from the 1930's. The base is hexagon in shape and so is the top of the candle stick area. Very detailed base.
