Description: Antique 19th Century Mahogany Captain’s Desk Circa 1800's or perhaps older Believed to be Hepplewhite style however it was appraised as a Sheraton piece over 50 years ago. This is a beautiful antique piece! All original. As you see from the pictures the front top piece opens up and out to reveal a beautiful leather inlay. Each leather piece can be lifted open to reveal even more storage beneath. Above in the front rear are 3 drawers that pull out (all working) and inside the flap, below the drawers, are open slots for additional storage. Brass key holes and drawer pulls.
