Description: OFFERS WELCOME! Wonderful New England estate find. Late 19th Century or early 20th Century hand painted hand made checker chess and parcheesi game board. Green and red painted checker board with nice crackle patina across it. Reverse is dark stain parcheesi board blue-green and orange and black squares. Pretty faded. Great primitive decorators piece. Boho style. Very well used. The rails/edges are cracked and missing in spots. Paint loss. Dent in front. Scratches in paint. Mystery stain semi clear across front (see last photo). Serious edge wear. Some newer nails added at some point. Possible that it was repainted. One rail split feels as if it may break off. Please view all images and message me any questions and concerns.
