Description: Antique 19th C Staffordshire Style Bisque Porcelain Red Riding Hood Figure 8" Here is a very attractive antique 19th C Staffordshire style bisque porcelain Little Red Riding Hood and Wolf figure. It measures about 8" tall and about 5 1/8" wide at base. It is in excellent condition overall. There is an old repair/touch-up to wolf's right ear. There is a shallow clamshell type flake to underside edge about 1/2" across. There are small firing separations at neck and at bottom edge of basket and a few tiny separations in folds of skirt, all done in the making. There are no other chips or cracks. There are some scattered dark specks in the porcelain. The figure is able to rock a bit on its base. Looks great overall. Possibly Staffordshire in origin, possibly German (?). Please see photos.
