It is a cutter only; there is no hole on the other end of the handle for a brush. The cap on the end with the cutter is brass. The shank is square at the top and becomes rounder as it tapers down toward the worm. Marked on the foil cutter/wire breaker/knife on one side:"GERMANY" Approximate size: 5 1/2" long, 5 1/2" wide.Weight: 2 oz. Condition:In VERY GOOD condition. There is tarnishing on the shank; the brass band is loose but not in danger of falling off the piece.
