Description: Vintage 1920s Royal Model 10 manual typewriter with beveled glass side panels. Oversized 23.5" carriage. PLEASE NOTE: **** the typewriter is missing its ribbon spools / ribbon **** It is sold as is for restoration or display. The spools aside, it looks otherwise to be complete and all original. Mechanically the unit seems fine, carriage functions as it should and keys all move but stick from accumulation of dust over years and years. Some paint loss on the bottom front, some light surface rust on the chrome. It will need a definite thorough cleaning and going over. Appropriate period replacement spools for the Model 10 can be found on eBay. Very heavy — about 40lbs. This will be professionally packaged and insured for the full amount.
