Antique 1903 Gilbert Porcelain Mantel Clock 411 Pendulum Key Works Video

Description: This is a beautiful Gilbert mantel / shelf clock dated 1903. The clock is 11 1/2" high; 11 3/4" wide; and 4 1/2" deep. All dimensions are approximate The clock works but only for a few seconds before stopping. I can tell from the tick tock sound that it needs adjustment and it is out of beat. It has a Bell Chime which strikes once on the half hour and a Cathedral Coil Spring Gong Chime which strikes the correct amount of times on the hour for the time. It chimes once every half hour and the hour bell also works. As the video shows, the 1/2 hour chime sounds slightly after the minutes hand has passed the mark on the dial. Please see video. Excellent antique condition with light crazing. Can't see any chips or cracks Comes with the key.
