ANTIQUE 1886 ATTERBURY LARGE MILK GLASS RABBIT FIGURAL COVERED DISH GLASS EYES

Description: Circa 1886 patent dated Atterbury rabbit covered dish with glass eyes. Rabbit dish is 4 1/4" tall and 10" long. Lid is 2 1/2" tall, almost 9 1/2" long and 4 1/8" at its widest point. Base is 2" tall, opening is 9 7/16" long and 4 3/16" at its widest point. The base is signed on the bottom with the patent information which reads 'Pat'd March. 9 - 1886'. Base is 10" long if you include the tail. Overall very good used condition with no cracks or large chips has the usual bubbles, straw marks, and base wear. Annealing lines, various size chips and flat flakes along the edges, mainly to the openings of both pieces. Please look at all photos as they are part of the description. Buyer pays P/S/I.
