Patent date on bottom August 14, 1866.There are no chips or cracks to base. The lid has a ground lip, with small chips along the edge. Size: base & lid 11.5 inches tall, base only 8.5 inches tall, 6 inch diameter, lid 3.75 inches tall.Very nice original condition, base has no chips or cracks, lid has no cracks some small chips to ground lip of lid, see photos.
