Description: Gorgeous continental European devotional santos from the 17th century, most likely Spanish depicting a saint carrying what appears to be a basket with 3 loaves. This is most likely a reference to Luke 11:5. There has been some overall fading as well as losses to one of the arms as well as some other bits which is to be expected based on the age of this piece. There are a few areas of minor worming. Beautifully carved face and features including the clouds and boots. Dimensions as shown - 13" tall, approximate 4" wide at the base. Will ship fully insured, signature required.
