Description: Antique 1787 French Maritime Hydrography Map Eastern Coast United States M Bonne Click images to enlarge Description DESCRIPTION: This is a rare French pre-Revolutionary hydrography map of the eastern coast of the United States. The map was created by M. Bonne, engineer-hydrographer of the French Navy. It is intricately illustrated and labeled and done on a parchment-type paper with slightly embossed edge. The piece will make a fine addition to any collection. CONDITION: The map presents well and is in very good condition considering age and type of use. The paper has very mild toning and small tears along the edges but no major damage. Please review all photos before purchasing.
