This ring was re-purposed from a 14K antique pin, and the pin was welded by our jeweler to a modern 10k ring shank. In the center of the ring is a 4.5mm paste pink sapphire (glass) Ring is a size 6.75, and is a total weight of 1.9 Grams. Flower portion of ring is 5/8"H by 3/8" W.
