Description: THIS SET IS VERY VERY RARE!!! Here is a Racetrack w/Pit & 2 cars w/keys that were made from 1945-49 in U.S. Zone Germany. (U.S. occupied this area of Germany from the end of WWII until 1949.) This set is in exceptional condition. You will notice in the pictures that I didn't assemble the track; it is in great condition, and I didn't want to scratch it. The box in the last picture is what this set came to me in; it's marked, Made in Germany 112, but I don't know if it's original for this set. Please allow 24 hours for email response. Thank you. TrackLooks as if assembled one time.Minor specks of paint loss at connecting sides that go underneath and connect to the next piece.Straight tracks measure about 7 1/4" long.All tracks measure about 1 5/8" wide. PitNotice there is a red ramp-like piece attached to the top of the inside. 4-man pit crew on both sides (mirror image).Very, very, very little paint loss.Pit measures 4 3/4" long x 1 3/4" high x 1 5/8" across not including track.
