Of note is the ownership: "Cornelia Williams Ranney, from Aunt Anna and Aunt Cornelia, December 25, 1915". There is a bookplate, with Cornelia and George Williams Ranney of Chicago, adhered to the first endpaper. The book has blue boards with gold inlay on the front and spine; gilt edges on the top, with others rough cut. Hinges a little weak. Worn at the ends of the spine; corners bumped and worn.
