Due to the logistics, the precision of this scale, and the fragility of it, I am unable to test it. Therefore I am selling this beautiful piece of laboratory equipment as is. I have had this scale partially disassembled and professionally packaged. If you purchase this scale please be aware that it will come in 2 boxes! There are small parts that are wrapped in bubble wrap so you will need to check all of the wrapping for these pieces. I purchased this scale from the Physics Lab at a University and was assured that it was 100% functional. This scale will be covered under $1000.00 insurance for shipping purposes.
