This is a handmade, solid brass buckle with a darkened background, made by Anacortes Brass Works Ltd., in 1995. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3" x 2-1/4", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 3.8 oz.
