It has a plastic insert to keep it clean. It mounted smoothly on the tank (TANK IS NOT INCLUDED) for the photos. The two side hoses are in good condition and supple and flexible. The mouth piece is an original Voit. also in good shape but more stiff than the hoses. Untested. It should of course be thoroughly tested by a certified technician before use.
