Description: • Bergen• Corsair• Deep Bowl; Orange Bowl• Motifs: Hobstars, starbursts, fans, notched prisms, strawbery diamonds• Crystal; Clear• Antique American Brilliant Period (ABP) Cut Glass c. 1905-06• Measurements: 9 1/4" diameter and 4" high• Weight, prepackaged: 4 lbs 12.5 oz • Condition: The bowl is free of chips and cracks. There are a handful or minor fleabites on the inner rim, none easily seen or beyond expectations. There is a single, well hidden fleabite on the exterior cuts. There are some slight scratches on the interior visible only under close inspection but worth noting. The bottom has slight shelf wear as expected. The cuts are well planned and executed. The glass is crystal clear with amazing clarity, superb resonance and a light green glow under UV light. There are no notable flaws in the glass. Bergen's Corsair is very similar to Pitkin & Brooks pattern of the same name.
