Original packaging, literature, and non-critical items such as stickers may be missing and/or damaged. "lightly used" is similar to "new, open box" except there is clear evidence of use such as cut marks on food prep surfaces, food residue, and so on. We rarely sell such items. Shipping All items are securely packed, wrapped in kraft paper, and shipped fully insured. If necessary, we add padding and/or extra corrugated panels to meet or exceed the structural integrity of the original package. Fraud/tamper detection is used on select items. All items valued over $500 will include tracking and require an adult signature upon delivery. Note: ebay states items are shipped when we buy the shipping label. That is usually NOT the same day the item leaves our possession. We give positive feedback about a week after the item has been received and no problems have arisen.
