I've always been in awe of it's beauty. It dates from the late 1800's or possibly early 1900's ~ it's a black silk and it's lined in lightly glazed cotton. This textile is all handmade with hand stitching ~ The beadwork is out of this world ~ The back has a wonderful " tail" with many tassels of beads hanging below ~ it's truly one in a million ~ Ideal for any collection or lovely too for Design inspiration ~There is boning MEASUREMENTS : Chest : 29-30 Waist about 22 inches around Sleeves 18 inches CONDITION : This textile has beadwork damage at the bottom on the tail. These can be replaced with some handwork. There are missing buttons also.
