The change is that you will pay $5.00 for 1 to 4 45s to cover my domestic media mail shipping cost to an eBay hub. eBay will invoice you the $5.00 and add what their shipping charge is from the hub to your location. eBay claims that this will result in a lower shipping cost to the international buyer and from what I have seen so far that looks to be true. All records are in plain paper sleeves unless pictured in a company sleeve or picture sleeve. All records are mailed between two pieces of cardboard placed inside a cardboard mailer made specifically for shipping records.
