This is a larger, hand made, hand engraved, silver and gold tone metal buckle with a classic western scroll design, 2 ribbons and a barrel racing All-Around Cowgirl emblem mounted in the center, part of the "Silversmiths Collection" by Award design Medals, from the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor wear and tear from age or use. The ribbons have not been engraved. It measures approximately 4-1/8" x 3", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 3.8 oz.
