Description: This gorgeous sterling silver bracelet has a teardrop/triangular shaped turquoise cab surrounded by a floral design. It was hand-crafted for us and signed by critically acclaimed Navajo and Zuni artist, Alex Sanchez. This is a very solidly made and substantial piece weighing 164 grams. The bracelet is approximately 5 3/4" inside with an approximate 1 1/8" opening. It is approximately 2 1/8" wide. Please see photos as words are inadequate to describe this piece of perfection. This is a breath-taking collector's piece with a beautiful slightly matte finish. Alex Sanchez (b1969) is an award-winning artist whose work is instantly recognizable. He was inspired and taught much of his craft by his famed brothers, Myron (d) and Brad Panteah and by the three generations of silversmiths who came before him. His art incorporates traditional symbolism, stamping and petroglyphs with contemporary designs to create uniquely beautiful and wearable art. His work is at once traditional, contemporary, boho -- sometimes even playful and fanciful and always a statement. When not at work in his studio, Alex is enjoying life in New Mexico with his family including his wife, three daughters and grandchildren. We have carefully selected what we believe to be some of Alex's most unique and best work for this collection. Please see our additional and upcoming listings to view. When comparing prices, please be sure to consider weight and size. Please examine closely and contact us with any questions.
