The grip is a new, black/white DTG Tour Velvet style grip. This shaft is just about 39 3/16" inches long and will play about 39.75" inches in your Titleist hybrid head. This shaft is in pretty good condition with normal bag wear in the form of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, scrape marks, and scratches.
