Description: AirDog 150GPH 4G Fuel Lift Pump For 1994-1998 Dodge Ram Cummins 5.9 Diesel 12V AirDog Fuel Air Separation System - Fuel Lift Pump (150GPH) This kit features the new / improved AirDog black fuel lines set. Fits: 1994-1998 Ram 5.9L Cummins 12V Diesel 2500 3500 This is the AirDog I FP-150-4G fuel system for the 1994-1998 Dodge Ram with the P-Pump 12V Cummins. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. A 1/2" draw straw is uséd to pull diesel fuel from the tank. The pressure side connects directly to the P-Pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and fuel pump. Lines and fittings are included to connect the injection pump return, which would normally recirculate through the factory fuel filter housing, to the injector return line and is returned to the tank. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This is a 150GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system. AirDog®The Original Fuel Air Separation SystemThe AirDog® Fuel Preporator®, with the capability to provide fuel at flows and pressures beyond the maximum requirements of the engine, receives fuel under vacuum from the fuel tank containing entrained air/vapor, particulate contaminates and unknown quantities of moisture. The fuel passes through the water separator which removes the water and large particulate contaminates that could damage or jam the gearator fuel pump. The fuel, with only entrained air/vapor and tiny particulate contaminates remaining, enters the fuel pump. AirDog® BenefitsThe AirDog® Fuel Preporator® removes various contaminates, including entrained air/vapor, particulates and moisture, and removes excess fuel not needed by engines, allowing the fuel to flow through the regulator and return to the fuel tank.
