Marked ISP, 925 and China This gorgeous sterling silver ring from Affinity(R) Diamond Jewelry sparkles with an oval, prong-set white topaz gemstone set high on a pedestal, bordered by an openwork scalloped design. Round, bead-set diamonds make the top of the ring and its split shank shimmer brightly. Total gemstone weight is approximately 3.00 carats. Total diamond weight is approximately 1/4 carat.
