Description: Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage tearing around the Staples the cover is detached from one staple the spine is split a third of the way there's writing on the front though it's hard to photograph and one page has the spine split all the way down and both parts are detached and have been put back in and other defects. I would call it around a 2.0 gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
